1. Membership Procedures
In order to publish your projects on the Hepsiproje platform and benefit from our various services, you must first complete your membership procedures. When applying for membership, you must provide the following information:
• Official Name of the Company: The legally registered name of your company.
• Address Information: Company physical address, postal code and country information.
• Tax Office and Number: Information showing your tax liability and legal status.
• Trade Registry Gazette Information:Name, surname, contact information and trade registry number of the company official.
After your membership application, our platform officials will contact the company officials to confirm the information and request additional documents if necessary. Once the general control process is completed, your company's membership will be approved.
2. Advertising and Extra Fees
2.1 Advertising Fees
• Banner Ad: There is a fee for placing banner ads on the platform. You should contact us to get information about price quotes and advertising options.
• Additional Services: During the advertising process, CRM usage fee and other additional service fees belong to the contractor company. These fees may vary depending on the scope of the services used.
2.2 Fees for 2025 and After
• Project Publishing Fee: As of 2025, a project publishing fee will be applied. Fees and detailed information will be announced separately on the platform. These fees will include details about publishing processes and additional services.
3. Project Publishing
To publish your project on the platform, you must follow the steps below:
• Project Information Entry: Upload detailed information (project name, description, features) and high-resolution images of the project you want to publish to the platform.
• Permission to publish: You must provide the necessary permissions for your projects to be published on the platform. There is no project publishing fee for 2024; however, the publication of your projects is subject to the approval of the platform authorities.
• Transmission of Information and Documents: In the process of publishing your projects on the platform and selling them by auction, you must provide all kinds of information and documents requested by the platform in full. If your projects are not published due to missing information or documents, our platform cannot be held responsible.
4. Participating in Auctions
If you want to include your projects in auctions, you need to follow the steps below:
• Auction Participation Request Form: To participate in the auction, you must fill out the required form. This form is required as an official part of the auction process.
• Distance Sale and Auction Participation Form: You must approve this form to participate in the auction. The form provides information about the participation conditions and procedures.
• Approval of Information Text: You must carefully read and approve the information text provided by the platform. This text contains information on the protection of personal data and other legal obligations.
In addition, the real estate you will be offering for auction must be included in real estate projects produced by your company.
• Building Usage Permit: Document showing that the real estate is legally allowed to be used.
• Expertise Certificate: A report documenting the value of real estate.
• Title Deed Registration Certificate and Information: Document showing that the ownership of real estate is officially registered.
• Certificate of No Debt: Document showing that there are no debts on the property.
• Other Official Documents: Other documents that may be requested if necessary.
Contractor companies that will offer products for auction are also required to deposit a temporary guarantee for the products they offer for auction. This guarantee is necessary to ensure security and validity during the auction process.
