This clarification text ("Cookie Clarification Text") has been prepared by Chaghla Aldan Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi ("Hepsiproje" or "Our Company"), the owner of the trademark usage right of Hepsi, in the capacity of data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law"), and the purpose of the text is regarding the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies used on your device on our website and/or platforms such as mobile applications ("Portal"). to provide you with information about what types of cookies we use for what purposes, for what purposes your personal data is processed and transferred, detailed explanations about your rights regarding your personal data and how you can manage these cookies.

This Cookie Clarification Text; Information collected by applications, third-party websites and platforms outside the control of our company; It does not cover information collected by third-party sites through links on the Portal or headlines, campaigns and other advertisements or promotions on third-party sites that we sponsor or participate in. What is a Cookie?

Today, cookies are used on almost every website. In order to provide you with a better, faster and safer experience, we, like most websites, use cookies as Hepsi Proje. F. Personal Data Owner's Rights Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data owners, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to Hepsi Proje through the methods set out below, Hepsi Proje will finalize the request as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. There will be no charge for the answer to be given up to ten pages. A processing fee of 1 Turkish Lira will be charged for each page over ten pages. If the response to the application is given in a recording medium such as CD or flash memory, the fee that may be requested by the Hepsi Proje will not exceed the cost of the recording medium.

In this context, personal data owners;

• Learning whether personal data is being processed or not,

• Requesting information if personal data has been processed,

• Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used for their intended purpose,

• Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

• Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

• Although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, to request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, and to request the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

• Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,

• In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, they have the right to demand compensation for the damage.

In accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller, you can submit your request to exercise your above-mentioned rights in Turkish; In the capacity of data controller, Hepsi's Proje's Kızlarpınarı mah. Zamanoglu cad. no:14/12 Alanya Antalya in writing with information and documents proving your identity, to info@hepsiproje.com registered e-mail (KEP) address or hepsiproje@gmail.com address with secure electronic signature, mobile signature or by using the e-mail address registered in the Hepsi Proje system by the relevant person.

Hepsi Proje reserves the right to verify your identity in order to prevent unlawful sharing of your personal data.

In your application;

1. Your name, surname and signature if the application is written,

2. For citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, T.R. your identification number, your nationality if you are a foreigner, your passport number or your identification number, if any,

3. Your residence or workplace address subject to notification,

4. Your notification e-mail address, telephone and fax number, if any,

5. Your request subject,

it is obligatory to be present, and information and documents related to the subject, if any, must be attached to the application.
